    1. This book is based on the movie "Return to Oz." If you've seen the movie, you've read the book as there is absolutely no new information that can be gleaned from reading it. In fact, I kept seeing the movie perfectly from beginning to end in my head and hearing the character's voices as I was reading. The movie was very loosely based on L. Frank Baum's classic book "Ozma of Oz," one of the many books in "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz" series borrowing elements from the 1939 film such as the slipper [...]


    2. Read this when I was around 9-10 years old. I expected it to pick up right where the movie ended. I don't remember it well but I do remember being disappointed and finding it weird. Probably because I was little and had such big expectations for it since The Wizard of Oz is one of my favourite movies.I'm sure little me would have given it a lower rating but I am giving it 4 because I'm certain it is better than I thought at that time.



    3. Not as scary as the movie, but still pretty scary. The story really isn't that good. It's weird. But I like the artwork. Disney makes weird shit.
